Found Words: We Struggle

Today, I am starting a new feature where I call back to you some of the words you have chosen this week, words that capture what’s going on in your life and provide a framework for moving ahead.

True, these are someone else’s words for the week. But when I put them together, I find bits and pieces of my own life wrapped up in these words.

Whew!
Capacity
Ouch
Whatever
Trauma
Undefined

And these few I found around social media that weren’t in direct response to the #mywordoftheweek project but seem to say so much:

Slowly
Hmmmm?
Camping
Joy
Hope
Prayer
Forever

These words remind me how we all struggle, how very much alike we are in our pain and sorrow. They also remind me that we all need hope. I’m praying today for hope to overwhelm you.

Besides the words you already chose for yourself, do any of these words connect with your life this week? How? What words have you discovered this week?
